We stayed at The Surfers House for 2 nights before the end of Summer holidays. We felt more relaxed and well rested than we did after 2 weeks in Spain.

The home is beautifully decorated, every room has a beautiful Boho vibe, neutral & calming colours each with beautiful little touches reminiscent of the ocean and seaside.

Sara & Al have thought of everything, the home is so well equipped, even the outside sitting area is so beautiful and peaceful, I loved sitting there having my morning coffee.

The house is so spacious, the family time was lovely, we all really enjoyed it but as we are a family of 5 with 2 dogs and we brought Nanny, it can get a little rowdy, it was nice to be able to take yourself off outside or upstairs to have some quiet even for a few minutes. The living room is on the middle floor, you can see the ocean from the balcony. There are books, dvd’s and board games should you wish to use them. We sat in here and chatted about our day before bed each night, such a nice room to unwind in.

The beds were so comfortable, we slept in every morning which is not normal for us but we enjoyed every minute, even the kids who are usually awake with the birds slept in.

The house is the perfect distance from the town centre and has convenience stores nearby. We took a trip to Minimaegden for the most amazing cheese sandwiches and bonfire hot chocolate and to the tourist for our evening meals, fabulous food and great service. we couldn’t have been happier.

The last day of our trip was spent paddleboarding with Al, such a beautiful day and a great way to end our stay. It was truly magical and we can’t wait to return.

Sara & Al have created something really special, The Surfers House is beautiful, warm, inviting and feels like home in fact it feels like somewhere that I really didn’t want to leave.

    What an utter delight!
I stayed in the Surfers House o November 2020. We had four nights of total peace and relaxation. The house has a gorgeous boho vibe with lots of original touches like the artwork and interior design.
Being able to bring our two small dogs made all the difference to our staycation.
We had such a warm welcome from our hosts Al and Sara and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We would highly recommend this to families with dogs.
